CNC Robotics Programmer CNC Robotics Programmer Job Description: This position offers a wide technical resource specialization in both offline and online programming of CNC machinery and robotic cutting machinery. The candidate in this role should be able to design, program, fabricate, repair, and modify fixtures.

As a CNC Robotics Programmer, you will own the functionality and setup process of the robotically programmed machines, the programs on them, and the process that keeps them running. This position's performance will be measured by its ability to enhance production efficiency, ensure quality effectiveness, deliver new projects on time, and achieve a positive return on investment through process improvements. CNC Robotics Programmer Responsibilities:Evaluate methods, tools required, and process to execute quoted cycle time for new projects.

Design, give design feedback, modify fixtures, or create fixtures if required for new products. Ability to convert Offline CAD Files into cutter paths for CNC equipment to yield expected customer's parts to specifications, cycle time, and expected safety/policies. Assume responsibility for setting up processes and operations to meet designated cycle times while emphasizing simplicity and maintaining high-quality standards.

Manage maintenance protocols for precision components associated with CNC and robotic machinery to uphold operational excellence and ensure equipment reliability. Consistently t rain employees on processes. CNC Robotics Programmer Requirements:Audit BOM, Work Instructions, Standards, Operators, and paperwork when required.

Structure, QC check, and provide paperwork/feedback to schedule and run machines when required. Comprehend all the Responsibilities and tasks of an Operator II. Power to Lift 50 lbs. and stay on feet for a full day.

Enforce Safety and Company Policies. Comprehensive knowledge of 3D CAM (Mastercam preferred) Programming software. Extensive machine programming experience (G&M code for CNC Gantry machines, FANUC for 6-axis, Robotic arm) Experience with Thermwood Gantry machines and/or FANUC 6-axis robotic arms routing applications preferred.
